IT major Wipro Limited has sold its hosted data centre services business to Ensono, a leading hybrid IT services provider. The deal size is $ 405 million, reported ET. Khaitan & Co acted as Indian legal counsel for Ensono and the team was led by Partner Rabindra Jhunjhunwala along with Senior Associate Pranay Bagdi and Associates Bidya Mohanty and Kanika Mathew.
